How to Link Your Existing Asset TV Account to LinkedIn

If you initially registered for Asset TV with an email address and password, or before we introduced the "Sign in with LinkedIn" feature, you can now easily link your existing Asset TV account with your LinkedIn profile.

  1. Sign in to the Asset TV website using your email address and password
  2. Once you're signed in, click on your avatar in the top right of the navigation bar
  3. From the dropdown menu, click on the My Profile link
  4. On your profile page, look for the blue button labeled To link your LinkedIn account click here
  5. After clicking this, you'll be redirected to LinkedIn. Sign in there, then authorize the data sharing
  6. Once linked, you'll be sent back to the Asset TV website

From now on, you'll be able to directly sign in to your existing Asset TV account using the "Sign in with LinkedIn" option wherever a password is required.

Troubleshooting

Error

Identity is registered to another user

If you see the error message "Identity is registered to another user," it means your LinkedIn account is already linked to a different Asset TV account. This can happen if you have multiple accounts with similar email addresses or if your email address has changed.
